We stand behind the quality of every piece. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, simply contact us within 7 days with details and photos — you’ll receive a full refund or replacement. Because each piece is made to order and part of a sustainable fine jewelry line, returns are not required.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes — if your order has not yet shipped. Once it’s dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but we’ll always assist with any post-delivery concerns.
4. What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong design or metal color, please contact us immediately. We’ll correct the issue at no cost and ensure you receive the right piece promptly.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if we make an error in your order, we’ll replace the item or refund it in full — shipping on us.
