RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Lady is Beauty, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for standard, non-custom jewelry items only.

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, or made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

You must request a return within 10 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • unworn and unused

  • in original condition

  • with all original tags attached

  • in original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require prior approval.

To request a return:

  1. Email us at info@ladyisbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions and an RMA number by email.

  3. The RMA number must be included with your return shipment.

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

For return approval, customers may be required to provide photos or videos of the item and packaging prior to shipment.
Returns that do not match the original item shipped or show signs of tampering will not be eligible for refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Claims must include clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • up to 10–15 business days for inspection and processing

  • additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • custom or personalized jewelry

  • resized or made-to-order items

  • sale items

  • gift cards
